to Old Town.
Elena and Marcus Hale spent ten winters on ski patrol chasing first chairs and settling for bad coffee. In 2019 they traded the radio for a roaster and opened Après in Old Town, a short walk from the town lift.
Roasting at 7,000 feet changes everything: lower boiling points, faster development, brighter cups. Every lot is roasted on Mondays and poured slowly across the bar all week.
